Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To Launch a refund request:

Cancel from your Library
It's likely that when you first purchased this subscription product, you created a Gumroad account. The account you created will be under the email address where you are receiving Gumroad receipts.

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to your Gumroad Library.
3. Click on the membership you wish to cancel.
4. Click Manage membership and then the “Cancel subscription” button.

You'll receive email notification of the cancellation once it has gone through successfully.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@gospelmusictuneup.com.
